Understanding Account Colors in rTrader Pro

Learn what the colors in rTrader Pro mean for your account and why they are irrelevant for DayTraders.com prop trading accounts.

Updated over a month ago

1. Why does my account display different colors in rTrader Pro?

In rTrader Pro, you may notice that your account is displayed in various colors such as green, gray, red, or yellow. These colors are part of rTrader Pro's default settings and can be found under the "Legend" section of the platform. However, they are not relevant to your account's actual status when trading with DayTraders.com.

2. Should I be concerned about the account colors?

No, the colors you see in rTrader Pro are not important and do not reflect the true status of your account. The color system was not designed for prop trading firms like DayTraders.com, so it does not accurately represent your account's performance or status.

3. What does DayTraders.com monitor for account status?

At DayTraders.com, we only focus on the actual numbers in your account, such as your balance and active status. As long as your account is marked "active" and your balance is above the projected auto-liquidation threshold, your account is considered to be in good standing.

4. Where can I find more information about my account metrics?
