Why Are Stats Not Loading on My Member Dashboard?

Learn why stats and charts may not load on your dashboard, including update schedules, holiday impacts, and how to check accurate data via R|Trader.

The account reports on the Member Dashboard are uploaded once daily on each trading day, typically between 6:00 PM EST and 11:59 PM EST, after the market closes.

How It Works:

  • Report Updates: The website updates after the reports have been uploaded.

  • Passed Evaluation Emails: These are sent after the stats are updated on the website.

Other Reasons for Missing Stats:

Holiday Schedule:

  • Reports are not uploaded on holidays, as these do not count as trading days.

  • The website will update after the market closes on the next trading day.

  • Holidays and trading schedules are determined by the CME Group. Check the current year’s holiday calendar HERE.
