First-Time Login: Activating Your DXfeed Subscription

When signing in to the DayTraders Trading Platform for the first time, you’ll need to activate your subscription to real-time market data through DXfeed.

Follow these steps to complete the process:


Step 1: Log in to the Platform

  • Enter your credentials to log in for the first time.

  • You will see a message prompting you to activate your subscription.


Step 2: Click "Activate"

  • On the activation screen, click the “Activate” button to begin the subscription process.


Step 3: Choose Your Subscriber Status

  • Select your subscriber status:

    • Non-Professional: all DayTraders users will select "Non-Professional"


Step 4: Enter Your Personal Information

  • Fill in the required fields:

    • First Name, Last Name, Country, Address, Job Title, and Employer.

    • NOTE: you can only sign your market data agreement as an individual, not as an LLC.

  • Ensure all the details are accurate before continuing.

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information as it appears on your legal documentation (e.g., government-issued ID or official records)


Step 5: Review and Agree to the Terms

  • Carefully read through the agreements:

    • dxFeed Subscriber Services Agreement (scroll all the way down and click "Sign" to continue)

    • CME Group Market Data Subscription Agreement.

    • Privacy Policy.

  • Check the boxes to confirm that you have read and agreed to each document.


Step 6: Submit Your Subscription

  • Once all fields are completed and agreements are accepted, click the “Submit” button.

  • By clicking Submit, you confirm that all the information provided is correct.


Step 7: Start Trading

  • Upon successful activation, your real-time market data will be enabled, and you can begin trading immediately.
