1. Can I switch from a Rithmic account to a DayTraders account (or vice versa) after purchase?
No. Once an account is purchased, it cannot be switched to a different type. This is because each account type uses a different data provider, and they are not interchangeable.
2. Why can’t accounts be switched?
DayTraders accounts and Rithmic accounts operate on separate data feeds, making them fundamentally different:
DayTraders Platform → Uses DxFeed and can be connected to our in-house platform
Rithmic Accounts → Use Rithmic Data and can be connected to various other platforms
Since these accounts are based on separate infrastructures, we are unable to transfer access from one to another.
3. What happens if I purchase the wrong account type?
Unfortunately, if you purchase the wrong account, we cannot transfer it, upgrade it, or change it in any way.
4. Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong account?
No, we do not offer full or partial refunds for incorrect account purchases. Please ensure you are selecting the correct type before finalizing your order.
