What’s the difference between Static and Full Accounts?

Static accounts and Full accounts offer different types of threshold / drawdown.

Updated this week

Static accounts have a fixed drawdown, meaning they do not trail the Auto Liquidate Peak Balance and remain fixed. Full accounts utilize a trailing drawdown, which follows your Auto Liquidate Peak Balance, including both open and closed PnL.

$100k Static Account Example:

The total available drawdown is $1,500 from the starting balance, meaning the account balance must not drop below $98,500. A trader enters a long position and makes a profit of $500. The drawdown remains fixed at $98,500. It does not follow changes in the Auto Liquidate Peak Balance.
