Business Registration: Trade as an LLC

Learn how to register your trading account under an LLC or business and important details to keep in mind when signing up.

Yes, you can trade through an LLC or register your account as a business, but this option must be selected when you sign up for your evaluation account.

Key Points:

  • You cannot change a personal account to an LLC account after registration. Make sure to choose the correct option from the start.

  • If you want your Pro Account under your LLC, the evaluation account must be registered with your LLC details.

  • Once registered, the name on the account is locked in and cannot be changed later.

How to Sign Up as an LLC or Business:

  • First Name: Full Entity Name (e.g., ABC Company, LLC)

  • Last Name: Your Full Name (e.g., John Smith)

  • Use your business address, phone number, and business credit card for payment.

Important Note: If you're classified as a "professional," you may incur additional exchange fees, such as CME data fees of $115+ per month. Most LLCs are not considered professional traders, but be sure to read the terms to confirm.

Remember, all our products come with a one-time fee—no hidden costs! If you need assistance, feel free to contact our support team for guidance.
