Resolving the 'Only Admins Can Place Trades' Message in Your Account

If you're seeing the "Only Admins Can Place Trades" message, your account has likely hit its max drawdown and is now disabled.


What This Means

This error usually appears when your account has breached the maximum drawdown limit. As a result, trading privileges are disabled and the account is no longer active.


What Are Your Options?

  • For Evaluation Accounts: Simply purchase a new evaluation account to try again.

  • For Pro Accounts:
    Pro accounts cannot be reset once the drawdown limit is hit. However, if you'd like to skip the evaluation process, you have the option to purchase a S2F (Straight To Funded) account. These accounts are designed for traders ready to start trading right away without going through an evaluation.
