  1. Refund Policy:

    • I acknowledge that payments are non-refundable.

    • The payment will be processed as a one-time, lifetime fee at the time of sign-up.

    • There will be no recurring charges or re-billing beyond the initial payment.

    • My account will remain active for the lifetime of the product, with no additional payments required.

  2. Account Management:

    • I am solely responsible for managing my account.

    • If I choose to cancel, I understand the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. A new account must be purchased to resume the service.

  3. Authorized Payment Methods:

    • I agree to use only my own credit card(s) for payments.

    • I understand that using a credit card not registered in my name may result in permanent account closure.

  4. Charge Disputes:

    • I agree not to dispute any charges.

    • In the event of a charge dispute, the amount will be sent to collections, and I will be responsible for any associated collection and legal fees.

  5. Billing for Additional Services:

    • Charges for extra sessions or upgraded market depth will expire at the end of the calendar month, irrespective of the initial subscription date.

    • I must manually renew these additional services each month if desired.

  6. Authorization and Accuracy:

    • I authorize DayTraders to process payments through their merchant account using my credit card.

    • I confirm that all information I have provided, including my name and personal details, is accurate and truthful.

By purchasing accounts, I acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
