Refund policy

At DayTraders.com, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once you select and confirm your plan, our services begin immediately, and related costs are incurred. For this reason, we kindly ask you to ensure you are fully prepared before completing any purchase.

This policy also applies to renewals. Once a renewal occurs, services will continue as scheduled, and associated costs will apply. If you wish to cancel your plan, please do so before the market closes on the day prior to your renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

Please note, no refunds will be given for resets, Pro Account fees, data fees, or additional login session fees. These are optional services, and once purchased, they cannot be refunded.

We understand that technical issues, such as platform disruptions or stuck orders, can be frustrating. However, we are unable to provide refunds for issues that are beyond our control. Rest assured, our support team is always available to help resolve these challenges.

In the case of an incorrect account type or plan being selected, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend reviewing your selection carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
