Updated over a week ago

Exchange Licensing

ProjectX, through its parent company Sim2Funded Solutions, LLC, is a licensed data redistributor for the CME.
We maintain a direct connection to the exchanges and do not use third-party data providers, ensuring fast, accurate, and unfiltered market data.

Required Agreements

On your first login, you’ll be asked to complete necessary agreements, including:

  • CME ILA Agreement

  • Non-Pro / Pro self-certification

  • Market data terms of use

These are required to access real-time market data on the platform.

Where Are Your Data Centers Located?

Our primary market data servers are hosted in Northern Virginia.
All traders—regardless of location—connect to this central region.
ProjectX uses Amazon AWS Global Accelerator to optimize global connections, but performance can still be impacted by your own internet quality.

Tip: Always use a hardwired connection for best performance.

Performance Expectations

ProjectX is a render and compute-intensive web platform, built for professional-level day traders.

  • Market data refreshes as fast as every 50ms

  • Compared to 750ms+ refresh rates of other web platforms

  • Requires a moderate-to-high-end PC and a fast, stable connection

Troubleshooting Performance Issues

If you're experiencing slowness or lag:

  1. Use a wired internet connection (check your quality to U.S. servers—not just speed).

  2. Lower your market data refresh rate to “Slow” in settings.

  3. Simplify your layout: Start with one chart and no indicators. Add more only if performance remains stable.
