Canceling Your Account: What to Know and How to Get It Done

Thinking about canceling a plan? No problem! Just follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log In
    Head to your member’s area.

  2. Find the Account
    Locate the plan you want to cancel and click “Cancel.”

  3. Review the Warning
    A message will pop up explaining what happens next—make sure to read it before confirming.


What Happens After Cancellation:

  • The account tied to that plan will expire and be removed from your dashboard.

  • Any active subscriptions tied to that account will also end automatically.

  • Once canceled, the invoice will no longer be visible in your billing history.

  • Cancellations are permanent—once done, it can’t be undone.


Failed Accounts & Auto-Cancellation

When an account fails—regardless of the type—its invoice will automatically be canceled, and the account will be removed from your dashboard.

While this process is automatic, we strongly recommend double-checking your billing section to ensure everything has been properly canceled. It’s always better to confirm.
