Log in to your members' area.
Click the "Cancel" button next to the plan you'd like to cancel.
3) Read the warning message before proceeding with the cancellation of our account:
Once you cancel a plan, the account associated with it will expire, and any recurring subscription for that account will also end. Be aware that the account will disappear from your dashboard after cancellation, so proceed carefully.
If the plan has already been canceled, you will no longer be able to see the canceled invoice.
Note: Once you cancel a plan, the action cannot be undone, so take a moment to consider your decision carefully.
Important: If an invoice is canceled, the account will be automatically expired and deleted from your account.
Does Failing an Evaluation Automatically Cancel My Account?
