Thinking about canceling a plan? No problem! Just log in and click the "Cancel" button next to the plan you'd like to cancel. If the plan is already canceled, you will no longer be able to see the canceled invoice.

If you wish to review all previous transactions, select "Customer Profile" on your member dashboard and choose "Transaction History" or click > HERE <.

Remember, with our products, you only pay once—no recurring monthly fees.

**Note: Once you cancel, it cannot be undone, so take a moment to consider your decision carefully.

If you need a reset, simply click the reset button under "Account" to reset your balance and threshold.

**Note: If an invoice is canceled the accounts will auto expire after 7 days of the cancelation date.

Does Failing an Evaluation Automatically Cancel My Account?

No, failing an evaluation does not automatically cancel your account. If you don’t pass, you have the option to reset your account and try again. However, if you decide to cancel, you’ll need to log in to your members' area to officially do so.

Be aware that if you don’t cancel, your billing will continue every 30 days. For more details, refer to our guide on how to reset your account.
