Step 1: Connect to Rithmic RTrader Pro
Install Rithmic RTrader Pro
Download the Day Traders version of Rithmic RTrader Pro.
Uninstall any previous versions of RTrader Pro, ensuring no leftover folders remain.
Carefully copy and paste your Rithmic username and password (watch out for extra spaces).
Configure RTrader Pro Settings:
Open RTrader Pro and click "Skip Settings."
Keep Selective Mode OFF.
Copy and paste your Rithmic ID and password (without extra spaces).
Set the System to: DayTraders.com and Gateway to: Chicago Area.
Leave Market Data OFF.
Click LOGIN and complete the agreements if you're new.
Once Rithmic RTrader Pro is set up, you’re ready to connect WealthCharts.
Step 2: Connect WealthCharts to Rithmic
Login to WealthCharts:
Open your browser and go to WealthCharts.
Enter your WealthCharts username and password or sign up for a new account.
Set Up the Trading Connection:
Click the three horizontal bars in the top left-hand corner to open the menu.
Select "Trading" and click the blue "Link Broker/Data Source" button.
In the dialog box, choose "Rithmic" from the "Select Source" dropdown.
Configure Rithmic Settings in WealthCharts:
Choose "Chicago" (or the closest gateway to your location) from the "Select Gateway" dropdown.
Set the System to "DayTraders.com" (not "Rithmic Paper Trader" or any other option).
Enter your Rithmic username and password.
Complete the Connection:
Click the blue "Login" button.
Choose the Day Traders account (DT-xxxx-xx or PRO-DT-xxxx-xx) from the dropdown.
Confirm "DayTraders Chicago" and "Connected" in the top WealthCharts info bar.
