No, you cannot transfer your accounts (Evaluation or Pro) or login details to someone else. Each individual must sign up with their own login, membership, and accounts.

If you no longer wish to keep any of your accounts, you can cancel them through the member's portal. Day Traders' products are for individual use only—no sharing or transferring of accounts is allowed.
