Steps to take if your trading platform isn't listed

Can't locate your platform on the list? No need to worry! Simply visit the platform link and double-check if it's supported. If your platform isn’t listed, here's what you can do:

  1. Contact your platform's support team.

  2. Request that they add the new DayTraders server to their system.

Unfortunately, DayTraders can't add the server for you—this request must be handled by your platform provider. They'll need to contact the Rithmic RAPI team to make it happen.

It might be a small hassle, but it'll be worth it in the long run!
