If you're having trouble logging in to RTrader, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure You Have the Correct Version: Make sure you're using the Day Traders version of RTrader. If you have other versions installed on your computer, uninstall them. Click here for instructions on how to get the correct version.

  2. Use the Correct Credentials: Don’t use your website login for RTrader. You must use the RTrader login and password provided in your welcome email. Make sure you’re not accidentally typing your credentials—copying and pasting them can prevent any small errors.

  3. Previously Logged In Without Issues?: If you could log in before, double-check your credentials for typos or extra spaces. Ensure your username and password are accurate.

  4. Check Your Account Expiration: If your account has expired or you no longer have active accounts, you won’t be able to log in. To check your status, visit your members' area. If your account has expired, you’ll need to sign up for a new one.

  5. Verify Address Information: Double-check that your address and zip code are correct in your profile, as incorrect details can prevent account creation and access.
