1. Why should I keep rTrader Pro open during my trading session?

It is important to keep the rTrader Pro platform open while trading. This allows you to manually exit any positions in case of platform issues, such as a malfunction. Having rTrader Pro running ensures that you can quickly act if something goes wrong.

2. What should I do if I lose internet or power while trading?

If you experience internet or power loss during a trade, you can still manually close your positions using the rTrader Pro app on your mobile device. Please note that DayTraders.com cannot provide assistance with mobile rTrader Pro app issues. For any questions or concerns about the app, you will need to contact [email protected].

3. What is the "Flatten Accounts" option on DayTraders.com?

DayTraders.com provides a "Flatten" feature on our website, allowing you to close all positions and cancel all orders under your DT-User ID. This option is available under the "Flatten Accounts" section of your member dashboard. It’s useful as a last resort in emergency situations like loss of internet connection or power.

You should only use the "Flatten Accounts" feature in emergency situations, such as losing internet connection or electricity. Avoid using this feature if your platform is still connected or if your charts are open, as this can lead to multiple orders being triggered, depending on the platform settings and features you're using.
